Pirate is a 3-year old gelding by Merchant Navy.

He is lightly raced, with only 4 starts to date between the distances of 1200m and 1400m.

His owners wish to only race stallion prospects or stakes class gallopers and as such he is being moved on.

He is an easy horse to have in and around the stable being straightforward to ride, float and handle however he would be better suited/placed with a provincial or country trainer.
