Description
Fields of France is a beautiful natured mare.16.3hh, 6 year old mare. A great type with a beautiful head and kind eye. She was a $240,000 yearling purchase which reflects her type and correctness. Since racing in Victoria she has placed or won all of her jumpouts but has only run two 4ths one at Ballarat and one at Tatura. Her trainer was busy with other pre training horses and probably didn't put in the right work to get the best out of her. She has apple looking front fetlocks that might possibly need managing if she was to race on. No vices no embargoes. Not mareish in any way. Floats well, good to shoe and happy to be by herself. In paddock condition as she's been spelling since her last run.
She would make a lovely brood mare with a terrific pedigree. Her siblings have all sold for good money, Lifeline express was sold to Hong kong and won last month. He's had 7 starts for 7 cheques. Chris Bieg has a 2year impending colt yet to race. They paid $110,000 for him.
Fields of France's mother was a good mare winning 5 races. All info is below. Her family has Blue diamond winner Lyre in it. So can't go wrong with having Fields of France as a profitable broodmare if racing isn't what you want to do with her.
