Description
Miss Softhands is a 5 time Victorian Metro Winning mare in foal to Russian Camelot. From the family of Hellova Street (20 wins and almost $1.3m in prizemoney), Streetwise Savoire (10 wins), Street Tough (9 wins) and Kazio (7 wins), this is a tough, successful racing family.
She is the Dam of city winning 3yo Toronado gelding Sly Boots who in a short career has already recorded a 4th placing in the Newcastle JC Spring Stakes (G3). Trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, his maiden win on the Kensington track was scintillating running on from last.
Having sold at the 2022 Magic Millions Yearling Sale for $375,000, his full brother sold just two weeks ago at this year’s Inglis Easter Sale for $350,000.
Miss Softhands has a lovely Russian Camelot weanling filly which will be retained to race.
A proven producer, her next foal will be just her sixth at foot and by a stallion who has averaged $94,000 at the Yearling Sales this year.
Miss Softhands is a commercial mare in good condition and is being sold as part of a general reduction as our farm cannot support current stocking rates.
