Description

Uptown Boy is a 4-year-old gelding by Savabeel out of the Group 1 winning Mastercraftsman mare, Valley Girl. This gelding is closely related to Group 3 winner and Group 1 placegetter Leigh Valley who has produced 8 foals to race for 4 winners.

Uptown Boy is lightly raced with just 6 starts to his name over 1500m-2400m. His best finish was over 2000m on a Soft track at Taree where he finished 4th. He appears limited and will be better suited to a less competitive racing jurisdiction.
