Description
A quality young mare with all her future ahead of her producing quality foals with commercial appeal. All Too Familiar is a good sized, well boned mare who is a pleasure to have around, standing approx.15.3 ½ hh and weighing 582kg.
Being from the 2yo winning and Gr3 placed Red Ransom mare Maybe I, All Too Familiar is a half sister to the multiple Group winner Ringerdingding and the very fast 2yo Salome. She is a daughter of the wonderfully consistent sire All Too Hard, who continues to produce quality offspring. He is the sire of 7-time Group winner ALLIGATOR BLOOD, HK Champion Sprinter WELLINGTON, multiple Group 1 winner and $4.1million broodmare FORBIDDEN LOVE, and multiple Group 1 winner BEHEMOTH.
Her short racing career started with a win but she was retired after only 9 starts.
At stud, All Too Familiar missed to Deep Field and Impending in her first two years but has not looked back since then and has conceived on her first cover for the last 3 seasons. Unfortunately, her Earthlight filly died as a weanling but since then she has produced a lovely scopey, athletic moving filly by Rommel,
All Too Familiar is being sold in foal to Safeguard, the leading First Season Sire and 2yo Sire of his freshman year as well as the leading 2yo Sire of the last season. He consistently produces winners from small crops and his stock are sought after at yearling sales.
All Too Familiar forms part of the unreserved reduction sale for the stud as we wind back our numbers.
