Bucasia is a well conformed, lovely natured Mossman mare who holds an early cover to Golden Slipper winner Stay Inside.

She is a half sister to TALLOW - the dam of another Golden Slipper winner in FARNAN and the Stakes winner SANDBAR.

The obvious plan was to try and breed another Golden Slipper winner - go to a Slipper winning stallion (who is a son of a freak in Extreme Choice) with a close relative to a Slipper winner.

You know it makes sense.

Bucasia's only progeny to go through a sales ring was an Anders filly who realized $100,000 at the Adelaide Magic Millions sale in March.

She has only had one to the races so far for a winner.

Given his obvious popularity mares in foal to Stay Inside averaged well over $300,000 last year at the major breeding sales, and his foals are already impressing the buying bench.
