HOW’S THE SERENITY is a dual stakes winning mare by MAGNUS out of the stakes-placed mare SWEET SERENITY, who is a half sister to stakes-winner PRIVATE DANCER.

She recorded back-to-back stakes wins in 2023 when she claimed the Listed Summer Scorcher Stakes over 1000m followed by the Listed Miss Andretti Stakes over 1100m, and she boasts a career record of nine wins, three seconds and three thirds from 29 starts with earnings of $496,610.

In winning the Listed Summer Scorcher Stakes, How’s The Serenity beat G1 sprinter Indian Pacific and ran to a Timeform rating of 106.

Western Australian mares who have won at 1200m or below have a great record of producing G1 winners including Arcadia Queen, Sheeza Belter, Daysee Doom, Graceful Girl and Vega Magic to name a few.

As a broodmare sire, Magnus is making his mark with his outstanding bloodlines through not only Flying Spur – Australia’s Champion sire, but also Scandinavia. Already the broodmare sire of 95 winners (27%) including G1 winner MIZZY, talented 2YO stakes winner UNITE AND CONQUER, 3YO stakes winner FLYING MISSILE etc.

Scandinavia is a ‘one dam on the page’ broodmare with no less than 13 stakes winners from her direct line including All Too Hard, Scandiva, Ole Kirk and Black Caviar.
