Parmalove (AUS) won her debut as a 2YO over 1100m, defeating subsequent multiple Group placegetter Demonstrate, while each of her first three foals to races have all won at 2.

Parmalove is the dam of this season’s Champion New Zealand 2YO elect Velocious, winner of the G1 Sistema Stakes, the Karaka Million and the Listed Counties Challenge Stakes. Velocious’s spring plans include a campaign to Australia for the G1 Coolmore Stud Stakes.

By Champion Sire Snitzel, Parmalove’s first three progeny to race have all won as juveniles and performed at black-type level. She is a quality type with plenty of size and substance, and an excellent temperament which she has thrown into all of her foals to date. She stands at 16.0hh.

Still only 11, she sells in foal to boom kiwi stallion Satono Aladdin, sire of 10.7% sw/r from his first two crops with his yearlings selling up to $900,000 in 2024.

Please note: This mare was a late withdrawal from the 2024 Chairman’s Sale after a floating incident in transit before her flight to Sydney. While waiting on the truck before loading on the plane, the mare in the neighbouring stall sat down and briefly got her legs into Parmalove’s stall before righting herself. While the incident was minor, but Parmlove did receive some scrapes and a minor cut to her off fore cannon (stiches required), and as blood was present, she failed the government vet inspection required for travel (as per government policy).
