Solvency is a lovely young winning mare with a very progressive pedigree page, highlighted by her half sister who is a multiple Group 2 winner and Group 1 placegetter in SKYBIRD.
This is also the family of Gr1 Epsom winner and 2023 Everest victor PRIVATE EYE. This line traces back through the damline of SNOW FINCH and in turn SNIPPETS LASS onto SNITZEL, HINCHINBROOK etc.
Solvency is by UNENCUMBERED who himself sired stakes winners such as Beau Rossa, Free Of Debt and Felicia to name a couple. He brings with him the TESTA ROSSA broodmare sire influence which has been so potent throughout Australasian breeding.
Solvency is a strong bodied mare that is easy to catch, shoe, float and handle in every way. She is a good traveller, eater and is happy in a paddock or stable.
Standing at approximately 15.3hh, she is a strong and correct mare, who has thrown a big healthy colt foal (weaned late March). She was not covered last season but has no issues and a breeding certificate has been provided. She is an easy breeder and an exceptional mother.
She was retired sound and has no wind issues.
