Description

CROSS KICK is offered in-foal to the extremely exciting SHAMARDAL stallion VICTOR LUDORUM. An unbeaten two-year-old and winner of the best juvenile race in France, VICTOR LUDORUM holds the French 2,000 Guineas record, winning it in a faster time than SHAMARDAL, ST MARK’S BASILICA and LOPE DE VEGA.

The SHAMARDAL / REDOUTE’S CHOICE cross has been extremely successful with nine winners from ten runners and among those winners is the Group Three ATC Birthday Card Stakes winner SHAMALIA, the Stakes winners ANAMBA and SHAMILLION, Group Three performer and sire BETTER LAND, and the Stakes performer GLENBAWN DAME.

The first foal out of CROSS KICK is a lovey two-year-old HARRY ANGEL colt named EARLINGTON. A graduate of the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale where he sold for $50K, he is in training with Jason Warren at Mornington. She also has a yearling filly by HEADWATER to race for her.

VICTOR LUDORUM’S oldest progeny are weanlings and he covered 85 mares last spring at a fee of $16,500.

CROSS KICK is a straight forward mare to have on farm, she is easy to breed, trim, drench and transport. She is being sold as owner is selling bloodstock due to ill health. On farm inspections welcomed.
