By the sensational sire DEEP FIELD, Heavenly Field is out of the five time winning Dane Shadow mare Angel’s Touch, who in turn is the dam of two winners from just three starters. Her Trapeze Artist yearling realised $90,000 at this years Inglis Melbourne Premier sale to the bid of astute young Western Australian trainer Luke Fernie.
Heavenly Field hails from a smart winning family, she is a close relation to the stakes performed Shadow Minister and is from the same family as the fast and precocious Gr2 Karrakata Plate winner MOTION PICTURES, and the Gr.3 winning juvenile CONCEALER. She is the dam of one foal, a colt by TRAPEZE ARTIST and is being sold back in foal to the champion son of Snitzel.
TRAPEZE ARTIST is Australia’s Leading Second Season Sire 2023/24 by earnings($6.03m) and is currently second by number of winners (40). Superior to Group 1 producing stallions JUSTIFY, HARRY ANGEL & GRUNT.
