Description
King Taurus is a 4yo who has had just one start for a promising 4th at the Sunshine Coast over an unsuitable 1000m. This was a good run given he will get over much longer distances.
He trialled impressively prior to his first run. He was then spelled, giving him plenty of time to mature.
We have attached videos of his trial and only start, as an up and coming stayer I think you will agree both have merit.
In his second prep, King Taurus failed to load into the barriers at a trial in Deagon and must trial again to the satisfaction of the stewards prior to racing. He was sent to Fenwick for some barrier education but unfortunately knocked himself about in the barriers and subsequently spelled.
King Taurus has been trained up to this point by the Munce stable at Eagle Farm. Corey Munce is happy to answer any questions and can be contacted on 0452 226 195.
We have given him nearly 12 months off to get his head right and to further mature.
He's a promising type and with some barrier education prior to heading back to the track, he should race well. The Bull Point's have been going extremely well as a breed of late with many quality wins.
The reason for sale is to dissolve the racing partnership. King Taurus is being sold without reserve.
