Mafaro has had barrier problems in the past but is currently passed, however she is being sold as a breeding proposition due to issues that have delayed her racing this preparation. She has run second at the Gold Coast from 3 starts in a previous preparation.
Her dam was imported from USA where she was a winner and ran 4th in a Group 2 Race. Mafaro was her first foal, and her younger half-sister is a winner and ran 2nd in a Listed 2yo at Moonie Valley.
