Description

Spellmaster is a 3yo Savabeel gelding who can be considered very unlucky to still be a maiden.

With a career record reading 6: 0-2-2, Spellmaster is rated a better horse than this record reads as he has always demonstrated well above average ability to trainers Trent Busuttin & Natalie Young.

Spellmaster failed to come up in his most recent preparation when he performed below expectations in his two starts at Pakenham (3rd - beaten 0.8L) & Cranbourne (4th - beaten 1.9L). Following these starts he was afforded a six-week break and has recently returned to work in excellent order.

The stable expects Spellmaster to shed his maiden tag early in his preparation and he can progress through the grades whilst earning a good level of prizemoney.

Independent vetting inspections are welcomed and encouraged with current records remaining the property of Busuttin Racing.
