Stakes performed mare (& $300,000+ earner) by Snitzel out of stakes winning Ne Coupez Pas mare, Jacqueline Rouge.
Special Diva holds a positive to Yulong’s gun young stallion Pierata who will stand for $66,000 this coming season.
Yearlings by Pierata sold at an average of $125,000 the last two years and he has produced star 2YOs Coleman and Tobeornottobe, as well as the stakes performers Fearless, Red Sea and Wave Breaker.
Close relation, the Group 2 winner North Star Lass, also holds a pregnancy to Pierata.
This puts Pierata at 20.83% stakes performers to runners!
A family that continues to blossom with the most recent black type update being Chateau Miraval, who recently placed in the Group 2 Magic Night Stakes.
Mares in the family have been covered by stallions such as Zoustar, Hellbent, Too Darn Hot and of course, Pierata – It is a family that sells well and produces good horses year after year.
