It is a condition of sale that the respective purchaser must complete all documentation as required by the Stallion Agreement in order to receive ownership and title of the share. *

Share entitlements-

This percentage entitles the owner to 2.5% of the service fee revenue generated by Portland Sky each year after standing rights and costs are deducted.

Shareholders are offered a reduced fee to use the stallion per season, based off the advertised fee each year and are encouraged to send broodmares each year.

A standing agreement with Widden Stud Australia is available for any prospective purchases.

Please note there are 11 lifetime breeding right holder in the stallion.

Each shareholder is responsible for their own insurance.
