Description

Master of Chant is a 5yo NH-bred Gregorian Gelding with a career record of 12: 2-2-0 and a current Victorian Rating of 67.

Following an encouraging start to his Australian racing career (which included a win at his local debut), his form has tapered over his two most recent preparations, and he would benefit from a new environment to reinvigorate himself.

Master of Chant is structurally sound, clean in the wind, and has no vices. He is a horse who tends to carry his head quite high; however he is still an easy ride for all levels of trackriders.

Should Master of Chant be able to recapture his better form, there would appear to be further wins in him when placed to advantage in the future. He would be a great addition for a slightly weaker jurisdiction and, as a lightly raced horse, has the ability to race on for several more seasons.
