Description
This yearling colt is out of Group 2 winning Matriarch Stakes winner, Jessy Belle. Her progeny have been purchased at public auction by the likes of Anthony & Sam Freedman and have been in training with Mathew Ellerton.
He is a son of North Pacific who is awaiting the debut of his first crop 2YOs this season. North Pacific has already proven himself as a commercial commodity, with his first crop yearlings selling up to $420,000 in 2024. His current 2yos are in training with Group 1 winning conditioners including Chris Waller, Ciaron Maher, Mick Price, Bjorn Baker, Anthony & Sam Freedman and Annabel Neasham. By the same sire as Tassort, who excelled with his first crop last season, North Pacific has 28% more live foals in his first crop than his paternal brother. The purchaser of this colt will have the opportunity to reoffer him on the back of any early success his sire enjoys.
