Description

Marathia is a very fast, good looking daughter of successful sire Toronado (High Chaparall)

She is from an outstanding pedigree that is continuing to be bred up to stallions of the highest quality, as well as being a daughter of a sister to blue hen mare Leone Chiara meaning she is very closely related to stallions Star Witness and Nostradamus, stakes winner Embracer as well as Group 1 placed 2 year old Lady Lupino. Another recent stakes winner from this family includes triple stakes winner Vulpine who has a Zoustar Colt going to the sales in 2025.

Marathia stands approx 15.3HH, is easy to handle, float and do anything with.

She lasted race at Goulburn finishing 4th on the 13/09/2024. Has been spelling at B2B Thoroughbreds since 16/09/2024.

Horse is being sold due to owners only wanting to race fillies that have stakes grade ability, however this filly can certainly win her fair share of races in an easier jurisdiction than Sydney.

Is only 3 however she is being sold with a breeding certificate if the buyer chooses to breed with her this season.
