Description
A $120,000 yearling, Kakariko Village is a half-sister to G1 Levin Classic winner, Bonham, who sold as a broodmare for $1,600,000 and has a yearling and new foal on the ground by I Am Invincible.
Her 2nd dam, Banc De Fortune, was 2nd in the G1 Arrowfield Stud Stakes, and is the dam of Listed Winner Eagle Island.
Kakariko Village's first foal is the 2yo NZ flying machine ZELIA who won her Riccarton 2yo trial by 15 lengths and has now reportedly been sold to Australian interests for in excess of $300,000. see attached video of trial win.
ZELIA is the first horse to trial by Champion Racehorse Fierce Impact and looks to have freakish ability.
Kakariko Village has a yearling filly headed to the sales next year also by Fierce Impact and is due to foal any day to Widdens first season sire Bruckner.
