Komodo Dragon is a lightly raced three-year-old gelding by Hellbent out of the G3 placed mare Jalan Jalan. The gelding has had just four career starts to date resulting in two wins and two minor placings whilst accumulating just over $60k in prize money. He is currently in full work having last ran at Randwick on the 9th of October finishing third against the older horses at his first metropolitan outing and will now look to target the 3yo graduation on the 23rd at Warwick Farm (date of sale). Please note any prizemoney earnt of this day will not be available to new owners. Beyond the 23rd he may have a potential trip down to Melbourne to target the listed Amanda Elliot stakes on cup day.

At his maiden victory on the 17th of August there have been 5 subsequent winners from the race including, Tenbury Wells who has since won twice as well as starting $6 in the recent G3 Gloaming Stakes. At Komodo Dragons next start he stepped up in grade taking on the older horses winning by just under 2 lengths in what was a dominant display.
