Description
Antheia is a lightly raced mare by Harry Angel. She is out of Hesperides who is a half sister to G2 winners Chinchilla Rose and Ferocity. She’s also half sister to G3 winner Leone Chiara who’s the dam of Star Witness and Nostradamus.
Antheia has only had 2 trials and 2 race starts. She has only been beaten by 3 horses in her 2 trials and all 3 horses have won on debut by a combined 4L. At her first start she drew barrier 10 and was forced to race back and wide on a day when it was hard to make ground and was only beaten 3L. At her second start she jumped quick and led and stuck on for 3rd on a day when all the winners came from the back. We are of the opinion that she will be at her best when she can out to 1400m +.
