Description

MARION STREET is a lightly raced 5yo daughter of RELIABLE MAN who is in full work and ready to go on with after three runs this preparation.

A graduate of the NZB Karaka Sale, she is out of a stakes winning ROYAL ACADEMY mare with her second dam a Group 1 performed LAST TYCOON mare who was responsible for Group 1 Australian Guineas runner up STRIKE THE STARS. Slightly immature as a yearling, all of the patience has been given to her to fully mature and has strengthened physically with every spell.

She was runner up at her first two starts, including her debut behind subsequent Flemington winner ALBANIAN I AM followed by a close up second behind the handy ZILZIE LAD. She then broke through in emphatic style when up in distance in a strong Sale Maiden. She came back for her next preparation where she ran 2nd in BM64 class but has since struggled to recapture her best form and met with firm tracks.

She is physically sound and in good order and would ideally suit someone looking for a very competitive horse with plenty left in the tank to race in slightly lower grade. She has no vices and is excellent to have around.
