LA SARTHE - Half sister to the unbeaten Queen of WA, GLASGOW LASS
GLASGOW LASS is unbeaten in all four of her trials and her two starts to date and she's done it very impressively! Yu Long have bought the controlling share, with her being aimed at the WA Oaks in the Autumn before coming to the Eastern Sates.
A daughter of proven broodmare sire SEBRING, his daughters have already produced G1 winners GRIFF and ON THE BUBBLES as well as a host of other stakes winners including OSCARS FORTUNE, XTRAVAGANT STAR and WIND AND THE LION to name a few.
From the FUSAICHI PEGASUS (USA) mare Princess Peggy, who won twice over 1200 and 2000 metres. She was purchased by Yu Long Investments for $120,000 at the 2018 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.
A pedigree littered with stakes winners including: INFINITE GRACE, PRETTY IN PINK, THE MITIGATOR, FONTEIN RUBY, PARURE and CARDINAL GEM.
La Sarthe unfortunately took a bit to cycle coming off the track this Spring and missed in November to RICH ENUFF.
