Description
Bacari is 7-year-old mare selling with a Tassort filly at foot as well as carrying a positive cover to G1 winner Ellsberg. Bacari offers an exciting opportunity to buy an unexposed commercial broodmare while allowing for a quick return on investment with her pregnancy and foal at foot. A winner over a mile for Luke Pepper, Bacari showed her toughness by placing another 5 times over her short 18 start career.
Well-bred, Bacari is a half sister to stakes-performer Serein, as well as being out of a winning half sister to Stakes winners Rezone (G3 Premiers Cup) and Danyon (runner-up G1 Metropolitan Handicap). Her sire Reliable Man is already the sire of 9 Stakes winners, including G1 winners Miami Bound and Inspirational Girl, and G2 winners Lekvarte, Renaissance Woman, Annavisto etc. Reliable Man has made an exciting start to his career as a broodmare sire, already siring the dams of 24 winners including G1 Victorian Derby runner-up Scary.
Tassort has made a very exciting start to stud at Newgate, siring 2YO G1 winner Manaal, 2YO G2 winner Ameena, as well as other Stakes performing fillies Good Sort and Ad Astra.
