Description
Chimed is a flashy, 4-time winning son of Frankel who progressed well last campaign. He's been competitive from 1400m-2200m on all types of ground, and has shown good versatility with his racing pattern. Rated in the high 60's, there appears to be more wins in store.
Having continued a racing preparation from May 2024 until January 2025, his last run in the Great Western Cup looked a flat effort and he was subsequently sent to the spelling paddock on January 30, standing approx. 16hh and weighing 485kgs. It is worth noting that Chimed is a winner of a Hurdle Trial and is eligible to contest jumps races heading into next season.
With his connections wishing to focus on Saturday metropolitan races, Chimed is being offered to dissolve a partnership.
