Description
A well put together daughter of Your Song, Dawn Choir is a half-sister to Listed Exford Plate winner Legionnaire, who accumulated over $340,000 in prize money over his career, and is a daughter of metropolitan-winning O’Reilly mare Matron. Her close family features G1 Railway Stakes winner Great Shot, G2 Ajax Stakes winner Democracy Manifest, and dual Group 3 winner Casino Dancer. She is also a half-sister to four-time winner Rosenstrasse, who is in foal to Group 1-producing stallion Star Turn.
Your Song is beginning to emerge as a broodmare sire of tough, reliable racehorses; daughters of Your Song have produced 25 winners to date from 42 runners, including $500k earner, Mishani Royale (by Kobayashi), metropolitan winner and earner of over $200k Toes In The Water (by Maurice), and 10-time winner Euroclydon (Hallowed Crown).
Dawn Choir is offered in foal to G2 Silver Slipper Stakes winner Time To Reign off of a mid October cover. Time To Reign’s first 2-year-olds have hit the track this season, and he has so far produced two promising placegetters from five starters.
