Description
Genesta is a Redoute’s Choice mare who is the producer of four foals which one of them has raced. She is the dam of Some People Callme who is a dual winner winning at metro level and also was sold for $260,000 as a yearling at the 2022 Magic Millions Gold Coast yearling sale sold to Ciaron Maher racing. Genesta is also a full sister to Regatta Rebel who is a winner, also Group placed and also a full sister to Extra Olives who is a four-time winner, Group placed, producer of listed winning JUSTIFY filly in Spicy Martini and was sold for $875,000 at the 2019 Magic Millions National Broodmare sale to Tom Magnier.
Genesta is being sold in foal to Dual Gr.1 winner Jacquinot. Jacquinot is the winner of the Gr.1 Golden Rose like sires Zoustar and the emerging Trapeze Artist. He defeated 5 individual Gr.1 winners when winning the Golden Rose which include In Secret, Fireburn, She’s Extreme Golden Mile and Daumier. Jacquinot also won the Gr.1 CF Orr as a 3YO just like champion sire Redoute’s Choice.
