Description

The Group 3 placed Hiawatha (IRE) is a five-year-old bay gelding by Camelot (GB) that is being offered as a racing proposition to dissolve a partnership.

Hiawatha (IRE) has exceptional breeding. He is a full brother to Champion Racehorse & multiple Group 1 winner, LUXEMBOURG (IRE), a half-brother to Group 2 winner Leo De Fury (IRE) and the multiple stakes placed Sense of Style (IRE).

Hiawatha was a 1.2m Euro yearling and was once installed as the favourite for the Group 1 English Derby.

He has had 16 starts, one win, and seven further placings including a very unlucky 2nd in the Group 3 Eyrefield Stakes over 1800m. He is currently trained by Annabel Neasham and Rob Archibald.

There is a lot of potential upside for Hiawatha moving forward.

The gelding is sound and is currently spelling at Fulmen Park, VIC.
