Description
This yearling filly is the third foal out of the Snowden trained Tilia Rose, who won the Newcastle JC Max Lees 2YO Classic. She is by Home Affair’s, one of this season’s most sought after first season sires.
Her 3YO half-brother (g by I Am Invincible) is a winner and was trained by Waterhouse & Bott before being transferred to Hong Kong earlier this year. Her current 2YO half-sister is an unraced filly by Zoustar and is in training with Neasham & Archibald. Tilia Rose herself is now in foal to Newgate’s exciting young first season sire in King’s Gambit.
Tilia Rose is by Written Tycoon whose daughters have produced the likes of VIBRANT SUN, winner of the Group 1 SAJC Australasian Oaks and the Group 3 MVRC Alexandra Stakes. Other notable progeny out of his daughters include multiple stakes performer TOBOBEORNOTTOBE, winner of the Group 3 VRC Thoroughbred Breeders Stakes.
The family is full of black type winners such as the Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes winner OZZMOSIS & ACROBAT (RL ATC Inglis Nursery) who both now stand at stud. Females excel in this family and include Group winners HIPS DON’T LIE, LEARNING TO FLY and NO MORE TEARS.
