Description
A winner of races from 1100m – 1200m, young mare Squiggles gives breeders the opportunity to get her covered as soon as the breeding season commences. Unfortunately slipping to Cosmic Force at her first year at stud, Squiggles has been been easy to work with and went on foal on a very early cover in 2024. and not slipping till after her 45 day POS we are sure she will be a good breeder and throw a great type. Due to owner needing to reduce numbers this mare is now for sale.
A daughter of Woodside Park Stud’s Shalaa, Squiggles is out of the five-time-winning Domesday mare Zigzag, herself a half-sister to the Group 3 winner Detours (Ad Valorem). From a family developed by Woodlands and now Godolphin, including stakes winners Jorda, Brasileira, Aichi, Le Mans, Kinshachi and Kin, Squiggles is herself a half-sister to two other winners including the stakes performer Havilda – Winter Snow (Mac) and the two-time winner Hell’s Itch. One thing you can be guaranteed of is that mares within the Godolphin portfolio are sure to be given every chance to success as broodmares, especially with the exciting rosters of stallions they have access to.
