Description
Yearling colt out of a metro winning 2YO!
By Group 1 producing sire RUBICK, this is the first foal out of the fast race filly DIVINE CAPRICE.
DIVINE CAPRICE ran second on debut over 900m at Flemington (btn 0.2L) as a September 2YO behind MILDRED and subsequently ran 4th to the same galloper in the Listed Maribyrnong Trial (1000m) at her second start. Wins over 1000m at Bendigo & Flemington completed a successful juvenile season that netted $126,820 in prizemoney. She returned a winner as a 3YO over 1300m and finished her career with $173,395 banked.
DIVINE CAPRICE's half-brother WAIT FOR NO ONE won the Listed MRC Debutant and placed in the G3 Maribyrnong Plate & G3 Blue Diamond Prelude. Their dam DIVINE CHOICE was also a speedy juvenile, finishing runner-up in the Listed Maribyrnong Trial at Flemington on debut, before adding a win over 1207m as a 2YO. This is also the family of Group 2 2YO Skyline Stakes winner VALENTIA.
