Description
Regrettable sale of this beautiful broodmare....
After months of evaluation, we have decided to cease our breeding activities and focus funds on addressing a major family health issue.
Chevys Star is a daughter of Magnus and the is a 1/2 to UATE [2yo group winner and one of the best in his era beating Helmet and Sepoy].
Her first colt was late and kept to race - Norwegian Spirit, has lots of ability and is ready to produce on the track.
Her second foal by Rich Enuff was Top 10 [eighth highest yearling price] at the 2023 Melbourne Gold Yearling sale and i believe is being considered by overseas interest, has not started in Australia yet.
Her third foal is a filly which we have kept to race and part of a grand plan to join the breeding program, regrettably that is not our current plan. We do not race our horses as 2yo’s and she has been educated and about to start work for her first race prep.
Her fourth foal is a magnificent weanling colt by Hanseatic and i would expect him to be on this site in the future online sales.
