PLEASE NOTE: For Full Disclosure, this share is being sold unreserved, due to one co-owner being in unforeseen financial difficulty beyond their control and struggling to meet their ongoing accounts. The co-owner is a long-standing client of our company, so the fact they have hit difficult trading conditions in their business, we are happy to assist in the communication of this share being on the market.
Here is your opportunity to purchase a 10% Share in a 2yo Filly by MERCHANT NAVY from MARCIA PROBA with a strong black-type pedigree page behind her.
So - Why did Dynamic Syndications originally purchase the filly for syndication?
We own the 4yo half-brother named LUGH (trained by Ciaron) who has had 4 starts = 3 Wins. When the half-sister became available as a weanling, we purchased her for our VIP clients to own a close relation believing that LUGH has the ability to measure up to black-type.
Currently spelling, 2yo Ebliu has been broken-in and been in and out of work several times going through her education processes. Like Lugh, she is an immature individual that is taking time. We expect her to be ready to race in the Spring as a 3yo. It’s far too early to say what ability level she has, as she hasn’t been put under pressure.
However, if she has the ability of her half-brother LUGH we could be having some fun!
Ebliu was always going to take time to develop. She comes from a family we always envisaged being at her best in the Autumn of her 3yo season into the Spring of her 4yo year. She has been very well educated, she’s been given plenty of time to mature.
This is a genuine sale and is unreserved. When in full work, a 10% share we advise owners to budget approximately $9,000 per year in ALL holding costs ($25.00 per day) on a worse case basis.
All the waiting has been done and the foundation monies have been spent. Here you get the chance to own a share in a Filly we all like for a fraction of what she is truly worth.
We do not know of any issue with this filly. Whilst we can never make any guarantees as to soundness or ability, we do not know of any reason to prevent Ebliu from progressing through to being a racehorse.
However, we always recommend that any prospective purchaser should make their own inquiries and as such, the filly is available to be vetted at the spelling farm by appointment prior to the auction closing.

In order to effect any sale, the sale will be conditional upon the immediate signing of the Dynamic Syndications ownership documentation (attached), inclusive of a Secondary Sale PDS and Owners Deed of Agreement at the point of sale plus any required Racing Australia transfer of ownership documents and fess.
Ongoing costs and obligations apply, including a monthly management fee payable to Dynamic Syndications. Please refer to the attached PDS and Owners Deed for further information.
