Description
A WOODED (IRE) filly out of well related TORONADO (IRE) mare TALCOTT TORI. Talcott Tori is a very speedy individual, whose racing career was curtailed by injury. She is a strong mare, correct and stands 16:2 HH. She has had 2 foals, both by Wooded (IRE). The oldest foal is a yearling and is being retained by her owner to race.
Wooded (IRE) is by superstar sire WOOTTON BASSETT. Wooded is his fastest son, an explosive winner of the 1000m Prix de l'Abbaye. In France in 2024 he finished with 12 winners, placing him 2nd on the leading first season sires table. While in 2025 he already has 8 winners with a stakes winner as well.
Wooded's first crop of Australian-born yearlings headed to the major yearling sales in 2025, seeing sales prices of $200,000, $160,000, etc.
