Description
SEVEN SONNETS, a beautiful Poet’s Voice mare who has very much proven her worth at stud, having produced some good-quality racehorses including Sonnet Star, who has won over $200K and was 4th in a Group 3, along with Geminga, who has won in town and earned over $150K.
PHYSICALLY, she’s a lovely mare. What you see in the video is exactly what you'll get. She does require substance and leg with her matings hence the use of stallions like Star Turn, Home Affairs and Brutal. In our opinion, we think Brutal is a great mating.
CURRENT WEANLING – Her Home Affairs foal is an absolute cracker. We originally bought this mare for the Home Affairs pregnancy to resell as a weanling, but due to how good-looking he is, we will be retaining him to offer as a yearling.
BRUTAL (Stands for $16.5K) – Brutal, what an outstanding stallion he is shaping up to be. His first runners have shown early speed, good attitudes, and the physicality to train on. Nepotism is his latest star, and the racing/form experts think he is the number one 2YO colt to watch out for in the spring. He has also produced fellow Group 1 performer Harlem Queen, who was 2nd in the Group 1 Flight Stakes.
