Blue Gum Farm is pleased to present STAR CREATION, a well-bred, good-looking 10-year-old mare with a filly foal at foot by first season sire SEJARDAN — a fantastic opportunity for breeders looking for a mare with proven production and immediate upside.
A winner over 1450m and a five-time placegetter in Victoria, STAR CREATION has proven soundness, athleticism and a strong competitive streak — traits she is now passing on to her progeny. Her current two-year-old, TALENT SCOUT (by BIVOUAC), is in training with Tony & Calvin McEvoy and is being set for a Winter two-year-old and Spring three-year-old campaign. A promising type, he most recently finished 3rd in a jump-out and is showing ability on the track for Champion Thoroughbreds & partners — a valuable watch for any buyer looking for pedigree updates on the horizon.
STAR CREATION also has a strong yearling filly by GOLD STANDARD, who is being retained to race by her current connections, further demonstrating the belief in this mare’s potential as a producer.
The filly foal at foot is by SEJARDAN, one of the most exciting young stallions in the country. A brilliant two-year-old, SEJARDAN won the G3 Breeders Plate, $1m Golden Gift and the G2 Todman Stakes. He’s been strongly supported by breeders and his first foals have impressed with their scope and strength — this filly is no exception.
STAR CREATION hails from a strong and consistent black-type family, which includes:

His daughters are prized for producing tough, fast and consistent gallopers with great temperaments and longevity.
