Description

MAIDEN 4YO GELDING OUT OF GR.1 WINNER FOR UNRESERVED SALE

For unreserved sale is First Landing.

A good looking son of Deep Field out of Gr.1 winner Luna Rossa, First Landing was a $500k Inglis Easter yearling purchase.

He has shown a good amount of ability in his work at home, but unfortunately has not been able to replicate this on race day. As such we feel the horse is best suited to a new environment.

Still a maiden from just 5 starts, this provides plenty of race options for his next start.

He last raced 21/4 at Canterbury and is race fit, ready to continue his preparation for new connections.

First Landing is entered for genuine unreserved sale, with his current ownership group looking to race stallions prospects only.

Please note that First Landing had surgery performed in October 2024 for persistent atrial fibrillation which was successful, as well as colic surgery in the same procedure.

He has since raced without any complications. Please refer to the attached vet report for further information.
