Description
TIGER OF MALAY X CHITABE ’23 FILLY
Blue Gum Farm proudly offers this attractive yearling filly by exciting first-season sire TIGER OF MALAY, from the proven family of CHITABE.
She is sired by TIGER OF MALAY, the G2-winning and G1-performed son of record-breaking sire EXTREME CHOICE, who has made a serious impression in his debut season at stud. His first crop of yearlings were keenly sought after in 2025, selling for up to $220,000, $165,000, $140,000, etc.—a strong endorsement of their physicality and commercial appeal.
This filly is the first foal from CHITABE, a daughter of BELARDO, who won as a two-year-old and showed a lot of natural talent on the racetrack. CHITABE is out of G2-placed THE FIRE INSIDE and hails from a strong black-type family that includes stakes winners PENTACITY and MAXIMUM EFFORT. CHITABE is currently in foal to explosive G1 winner and first-season sire JACQUINOT, whose first weanlings sold earlier this month for up to $140,000.
