26/05/25 Please note this mare has recently received care for a foot abscess. Vendor is happy to stand over the sale until she recovers.
Perchill is a daughter of Champion Sire Pride Of Dubai from one of the great families in the Stud Book which has been nurtured by Great Breeding Nursery Corumbene Stud.
There are not many families that have a Golden Slipper winner (Overreach) and a Blue Diamond winner (Reward For Effort) on the one page!! This is a fast precocious family with so many superbly bred fillies coming through and being bred up and it will just continue to produce stakes winners.
Only last Saturday at Doomben the highly talented Grafterburners jumped onto the page with a Stakes Placing when he sat wide throughout and just missed in the Gr 2 Champagne Stakes over 1200m.
With even luck he will be a Stakes Winner sooner rather than later!
It should also be noted that The Golden Slipper Winner Overreach who is a sister to the Dam of Perchill has three very promising fillies in training at present:
1- Excess (Snitzel-Overreach)4yo trained by Julius Sandhu is a multiple Melb Metro Winner and a last Start Moonee Valley Winner
2-Ninette (Zoustar-Overreach)3yo f trained by Team Hawkes. Winner last Start at Wyong after a first up 2nd at Canterbury. Looks very promising
3- Loera (Capitalist-Overreach) 2yo f trained in the Waterhouse/Bott yard and won recent Trial by over 3 lengths. Looks extremely Promising as well!!
Marishka, the Dam of Perchill, is in foal to Ozzmosis, has a weanling filly by Toronado and a 2yo Capiatilist Colt with Bryce Heys called Lions Eyes who sold for $330k in Easter 2024.
Perchill is approx 16 Hands and is a lovely big correct mare with no vices and a kind Temperament.
She was a $120k yearling and a $220k Ready to Run horse.
Breezing up in 10.68 sec so she had good speed.
