She is the first foal for Dundeel mare Lady Percy, who is a full sister to the Group placed galloper Atonement, and she is closely related to the Stakes winning sprinter Theanswermyfriend, who is by High Chaparral.
It is no surprise that daughters of Dundeel are shaping up to be outstanding broodmares. From their first 28 runners an incredible 10.7% of them are Stakes winners, including this season’s Group Two winning juvenile Within The Law, who was runner-up in the Group One Champagne Stakes.
The first progeny of Exceedance to hit the track have been hugely impressive and he has already sired six Stakes horses from his first crop, with nearly 6% Stakes winners to runners, highlighted by the Group winners Dublin Down and Flyer.
Lady Percy 22 is well handled and educated. She is sound and ready to be broken in. As she was to be retained to race by owners, she has not been x-rayed. She is offered for genuine UNRESERVED sale due to owner reducing their bloodstock numbers.
This mating is 20/20 on G1 Goldmine (see attached).
There is plenty of pedigree upside for this active running family with Anders & Zousian colts to run and Lady Percy in foal too Newgate stallion Brutal.
