Description
Miss Antaeus is by Champion and proven broodmare sire I Am Invincible and out of the seven-time winner and multiple stakes-placed Crestfallen. She comes from a strong female lineage. Her dam is a half-sister to two outstanding producers, Zouzou, the dam of Leading sire Zoustar and stakes winner Emperor of the Sun, and Forever Midnight, dam of Gr.2 winner Dusty Star. Longmu is a half-sister to Moonlight Shadow (Flying Spur), who is the dam of Gr.3 winner and Gr.2-placed Testashadow. Miss Antaeus was herself a metropolitan winner at two, showing early talent as a juvenile.
As a broodmare, she has already made her mark. Her filly by The Autumn Sun realised $360,000 at the Easter Yearling Sale. She also has a three-year-old by Champion sire Written Tycoon — a dual winner who finished second in his most recent trial in early June. In addition, she has a yearling by exciting young sire Bivouac and a weanling by promising sire Too Darn Hot, who is being retained by Yulong.
