Description

Infringement is a 4yo gelding with upside as a middle distance/staying horse.

He stands approx 16hh. He is adept on wet or dry ground and will likely be even better when getting out beyond 1600m.

His best runs to date are that of a horse who can be a more than handy performer if placed in the right jurisdiction. His debut run in Australia at Stawell was a great run.

Infringement is good in the wind, easy to handle, works on the treadmill and can swim in the pool or at the beach. Travels well on a truck or an angle float. He is a good doer, always holds his condition well.

Previous embargo was for a poor performance at Warrnambool where no abnormalities were found.

He was outclassed at his next start when he went to Caulfield and was sent for a spell.

Infringement does have an injury history. Vet reports are attached. Given this, the ownership group weren't prepared to spell and try again with him.
