Here's a page to make Kiwi breeders envious! Procida is out of multiple Group 1 winning mare PACE INVADER (NZ) with grand dam also multiple Group and Listed winner. She sold as a yearling for $130,000.

She was a winner on the track herself. Her 2013 filly by Duporth (photo included for reference) had her race career cut short after being kicked but showed enormous promise on the track. Her 2014 Redwood filly and her 2016 Unencumbered colt are yet to race.

Procida is a beautiful mare with a lovely soft kind temperament. Went in foal first try and is easy to handle, she runs without fuss in a large group of horses and is never a bother.

Covering Sire: DANBIRD (AUS) full brother to Golden Slipper winner CATBIRD, BEARCAT and LONGHORN. DANBIRD was sold as a yearling for 1.1 million and is an international quality sire. DANBIRD is a son of the legendary DANEHILL and has proven himself on the track being a Group performed horse as a 2yo before winning the Group 2 Pago Pago Stakes. At three DANBIRD was multiple group placed including a terrific second to Exceed and Excell. He had dual stakes victories at age four. DANBIRD's Progeny are winners in 17 different countries and produced the stakes winner MORNING CAPTAIN. He currently has over 50% runners to winners.
