Description

Serbia is a 4yo daughter of LONHRO out of Singspiel (IRE) mare LUDKA, a winner of the LR Hobart Guineas and a 1/2 sistet to stakes placed Sarajevo.

Serbia is in foal to Darley stallion EPAULETTE (by Commands) the sire of stakes winning 2yo MERYL plus 6 other stakes performers in his first crop.

Epaulette has also sired more than 20 winners so far in the Northern Hemisphere including Field Of Roses.

Epaulette's yearlings have sold up to $260,000 in 2017 and $240,000 in 2018 (MM Sale). At the recent Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, his progeny sold up to $160,000. He had 10 from 11 yearlings sell, for an average of $79,500. And at last week's MM Tas Yearling Sale, an Epaulette colt sold for a record-breaking $245,000 to Simon Zahra.

Serbia hails from the family of Champion GB Filly (2001) LAILANI - 3x G1 winner of the Irish Oaks, Nassau Stakes and Flower Bowl Stakes in America.

Serbia has a yearling full sister and 3/4 brother at foot by EXOSPHERE still to come through for this family.

This is an attractive young mare with a pedigree that has plenty of upside!
