Description

Tohaveandtohold is a half-sister to the great Bel Esprit and is by one of the leading broodmare sires in the country in Encosta Delago. A mouth watering pedigree that would appeal to any breeding buff or commercial breeding operation, Tohaveandtohold is also a lovely neat mare on type to go with it.

Already proven as a broodmare, she has so far produced 3 named foals, 1 to race for 1 winner being Guilty As Sin (by Star Witness) who is now the winner of 4 races and placed on numerous occasions.

Still to come for the mare is a filly by Redoute's Choice called Redoute's Pick, So I Will by So You Think and a two-year-old filly by Magnus. Tohaveandtohold also has a weanling filly by Star Witness which will be retained and raced by the Vendor.

Tohaveantohold is also carrying a positive test to the exciting young son of Medaglia D'Oro in Nostradamus with a last service date of 08/10/2017.
