Granados is a rising 8yo bay mare by leading broodmare sire ENCOSTA DE LAGO. As a broodmare sire Encosta De Lago has a winners to runners strike rate of over 60% and is responsible for Gr.1 winners Happy Clapper, Japonisme, Peeping, Divine Prophet, Invader and many more more!
Granados is out of Gr.1 Australian Oaks winning mare LARROCHA, making this mare a full sister to Gr.2 winner ROCHA. She is from the family of Champion 3yo BLACKFRIARS and is in foal to fellow Champion 3yo ALL TOO HARD. All Too Hard is the winner of 4x Gr.1’s and has already sired 15 Stakes horses from just 2 crops of racing age. He has had yearlings from his first three crops sell for $500,000 and over in all three years.
