Description
This impeccably bred daughter of More Than Ready is a multiple winner. She is the first foal of the Flying Spur mare Rough Ride, who is half-sister to Group 1 winner Eagle Way.
This makes Ready to Ride a very close relation to Eagle way, and also this filly is half-sister to the Group 3 Black Opal winner Kalashnikov. A real potent family with top performers like Thermal Current, Forever Free, Impressive Eagle and Assertive Eagle.
Her dam is only young with a lot of potential upside - there is a 3YO filly by Shalaa with Annabel Neasham called Eagle Nest (sold for $550,000) who has placed this preparation in her first run, and also a 2YO filly by Hellbent and a yearling filly by Dundeel. She visited I Am Invincible in 2021. With so many fillies the family will be bred up in the future.
She is sound to race on if the buyer desires so - but we feel she is best suited for the breeding barn.
More than Ready is the broodmare sire of 110 individual stakes winners of which 15 are Group 1 Winners including - Bivouac, Forbidden Love, Miracles of Life, Rebel Dane, Atlante, etc.
She will suit a host of stallions on her pedigree and looks, and will be ideal for a commercial farm looking to enhance their mare portfolio or someone looking to trade her in foal next year.
