Blue Gum Farm proudly presents WESTERN ORDER, a 10-year-old daughter of the outstanding HIGH CHAPARRAL, offered with her strong colt foal at foot by SEJARDAN, one of the most exciting young stallions in Australia.
WESTERN ORDER is a proven producer with her daughter, FREELAND (by WRITTEN BY), already a two-time winner and three-time placegetter from just eight starts, showing consistency and talent on the track – an impressive start to this mare’s broodmare career.
Her yearling filly by Champion sire PIERRO is currently being broken in and will be retained to race by her ownership group. With active progeny on the rise and updates imminent, WESTERN ORDER offers serious upside to commercial breeders and end-users alike.
Her current foal at foot is a colt by first-season sire SEJARDAN, a Group 2-winning, high-class son of SEBRING. With SEJARDAN’s first foals catching the eye of breeders around the country, this colt is an early and valuable representative of his debut crop.
WESTERN ORDER hails from one of the most decorated black-type families in the Australian Stud Book, being a half sister to Group 2 winner WASHINGTON HEIGHTS and multiple stakeswinners SUPPLY AND DEMAND, SPACECRAFT and PHENOMENONS.
WESTERN ORDER’s sire HIGH CHAPARRAL is one of the great legacy sires in both hemispheres and is now proving to be an elite broodmare sire, with his daughters producing G1 winners such as CALIFORNIA SPANGLE, BEST OF DAYS, SUAVITO and QUINTESSA. High Chaparral mares are known for passing on stamina, toughness and class, making them prized assets in any broodmare band.
While not currently in foal, WESTERN ORDER is in excellent shape and well positioned to be covered early this coming season, setting up the opportunity for an early 2026 foal – a significant commercial advantage whether selling or racing.
