Description
UNRESERVED Glenlogan Park Mare Reduction Sale
A beautifully shaped young mare who is due to foal in early to mid-September. She leaves types as correct and attractive as she is who are always the right size and very well-proportioned. A standout yearling herself she unfortunately injured a shoulder whilst being prepped for her sale (Magic Millions Book 1) and, as a result, was unable to make the sale or the race track.
She is perfectly sound as a broodmare though and has so far left two outstanding types of foals from her first two matings. The unraced 2YO named The Batavia is in the powerful Tony Gollan stable whilst her second foal, and only yearling to be presented at sale, was an Exceedance colt that sold for $90,000 at this year’s Inglis Classic Sale.
Standing at approximately 16.1½HH she is genetically very easy to mate being by Written Tycoon, out of a stakes performed Testa Rossa mare and from the very tough and talented mare Reggie – who won multiple stakes races, had twelve wins and amassed almost three-quarters of a one million dollars. A great family and plenty of upside.
